COIL：

Foil wound low-voltage coil:

The coil winding adopts a CNC fully automatic foil winding machine,using highpurity oxygen free copper foil with high quality and stability;  The end is flat and theelectric field distribution is uniform.  The DMD prepreg of epoxy resin serves asinterlayer insulation,with resin end seals at the upper and lower ends.  After curing,it has good dust and moisture resistance,and strong short-circuit resistance.

iron core:

The core of a transformer is usually made of stacked silicon steel sheets to reduceeddy current losses in the core.  The function of the iron core is to provide a lowimpedance magnetic circuit to enhance the transmission of magnetic flux.

The iron core adopts a non punched pull plate structure,a 45°fulloblique joint,and seven -and five step laminated technology,effectively reducing transformerlosses and noise.
