HPC30KI Truck-mounted Concrete Spraying Machine
1、The lengthening two-stage telescoping boom can realize the max. spraying height of 18m, the farthest front spraying distance of 14.8 and wider spraying range.
2、Swing boom at end is innovatively designed and matched with a spraying mechanism of three DOF and a remote controller with universal joystick to realize more flexible spraying operation without dead angle and meet tunnel construction requirements to the greatest degree.
3、By incorporating Schwing’s fully-hydraulic reversing technology, short reversing time, small spraying impulse, low rebound ratio and good spraying planeness are realized.
4、Besides the main power by motor, chassis power can realize boom and outrigger telescoping without access to electricity and condensing agent feeding into IBC-tank; the simultaneous operation of pumping system and high-pressure water pump ensures more convenient and efficient cleaning of overall machine.
5、Quick-open type design can easily realize replacement of delivery pipe, product maintenance and lubricant adding, etc.
6、The operator can directly roll and unroll cable through remote controller and observe the cable’s state on real time, safe and convenient.
