The main components reciprocating movement, so that the cylinder volume changes, resulting in air pressure changes in the cylinder. The free air is sucked into the cylinder through the muffler filter and the intake valve, compressed into 0.2MPa to 3.0MPa compressed air, and injected into the storage tank through the exhaust valve and the pipeline.

 Installation requirements:

1. The air compressor should be placed in a well-ventilated space, the ambient temperature is less than or equal to 40℃, and the relative humidity of the air is less than or equal to 95%; Avoid direct sunlight and rain; The distance between the box safety cover and the wall should be more than 20cm, and there should be enough space around to ensure inspiration and easy maintenance. 2. Avoid vertical pipes as far as possible to prevent backflow of dirt. If a vertical line must be used, a dirt collection device should be placed below the vertical line, and the well should be discharged at any time. The exhaust pipe shall be connected with rubber or hose.
