Sanitary rupture disc is an extension of YF type reverse acting slotted rupture disc, providing over-pressure protection in sanitary piping system. Applications include: food processing, dairy, breweries, pharmaceutial factories, distilling, baking, canning, cosmetics, biotechnology and petroleum industries.

• Non-fragmention designed
• Suitable for liquid, gas, or two-phase applications
• 0% manufacturing range is standard
• Operating ratios to 90% of the marked bursting pressure on disc tag – may be extended to 95% of the minimum burst pressure. (Contact BasCo for operating ratio on pressures below 40 psig)
• Withstands full vacuum without additional support
•Installs using industry standard Tri-clamp®/Tri-clover® fittings (YFW Type NA-Connect mounting also available)
• Standard gasket material: Black EPDM, Silicone
• Sizes from 25mm to 100mm
• PDA Certified gasket
