SZ11 series 35kV power transformer is an important equipment in power transmission and transformation system with low loss. It is widely used in substations and factory main transformers. The working voltage of the transformer can be switched with load, and the transformer will not be removed from the power grid when switching the tap shaft, providing high-quality and stable voltage for the users. At present, it is widely used in power system and other places with high demand for electricity, such as communication, chemical, and steel industries.
1. All the windings adopt continuous structure. New scientific research results are employed to stabilize the windings and increase the mechanical strength. Low voltage coil is directly wound on the phenolic cylinder of high strength. The radial and axial direction is provided with pressing device during the winding of HV, LV and voltage regulating coils. The outer side is furnished with locking stays and radial fastening devices.
2. The core adopts step-shaped five-level joints. The curing varnish is painted on the core cutting surface, which helps to solidify the core and reduce noise. High and low voltage clamps are fitted with steel strips or beam fastening devices to form a solid frame structure, thus enhancing core clamping force and resistance to transport shocks.
3. The transformer is advanced in design. Its material, structure and technique are greatly improved, realizing strong capacity to withstand short circuit, beautiful appearance, reliable operation, low loss and low noise. It has reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.
4. The transformer has wide voltage regulation, good effect and fast speed of voltage regulation, and it can be regulated at any time. The tap switch can be operated manually or electrically, and it can also be operated by remote control, so as to realize automatic management.
