XZJJ SC270/270 double cage new type crane elevator

The SC270/270 construction hoist the new-generation product designed with advanced technology from domestic and abroad introduced to our company .Compared with traditional construction hoist,the new generation SC200/200 is more comfortable ,safe reliable and convenient for dismantling and maintenance with more reasonable and compact structure ,strong and double cage,attractive appearance and delicate parts.

There are many types of drive mechanisms include three-motors ,two motors and energy saving new type etc.The transmission plate is fitted at top of cage to avoid any header accident and provide a comfortable cage for passengers.Floor calling system,over load limiter,volt displayer are integrated on control panel for convenient operation.Many patent technologies such as anti-derail technology are used on each guide wheels to ensure safe running.

Cage

Consists of steel structure,firm wire mesh wall,entrance and exit gates.Guide rollers guide the cage to travel along the mast.

Safety hook on the cage main frame prevents the cage climbing off the top.

The cage roof with safety railing servers as working platform during erection.One can easily get up on the roof for erection and maintenance because of a trap door in the roof and a ladder in the cage.

Tie-in

There are several types of tie-in.Select one of them according to need.Tie-in are available in variable in variable sizes.

Distance between the tie-ins is about 6~9m along the mast.
