The SC200/200 construction hoist the new-generation product designed with advanced technology from domestic and abroad introduced to our company .Compared with traditional construction hoist,the new generation SC200/200 is more comfortable ,safe reliable and convenient for dismantling and maintenance with more reasonable and compact structure ,strong and double cage,attractive appearance and delicate parts.

There are many types of drive mechanisms include three-motors ,two motors and energy saving new type etc.The transmission plate is fitted at top of cage to avoid any header accident and provide a comfortable cage for passengers.Floor calling system,over load limiter,volt displayer are integrated on control panel for convenient operation.Many patent technologies such as anti-derail technology are used on each guide wheels to ensure safe running.

Mast Section

Each section is 1508mm long and provided with one rack for single cage hoist or two racks for twin cage hoist and welded counterweight guide rails if necessary.

The sections are bolted together with screws and nuts to form mast.The mast is tied to the building with tie-in and is the guide rail of the cage.

Tie-in

There are several types of tie-in.Select one of them according to need.Tie-in are available in variable in variable sizes.

Distance between the tie-ins is about 6~9m along the mast.

Hoist Machinery

Consists of electrical motor ,electric-magnetic brake,coupling,reducing device and pinions etc.The cage climbs by means of pinion in engagement with the rack.
