TJ180L Bridge-Erecting Machine
Main Applications
It’s
used to erect the T-girders (girders 2201, 2101, and 2103 for common bridges)
and girder 9753 for special bridges for ≤200km/h mixed passenger and freight
new and renovated railways.
This
bridge-erecting machine adopts wheeled through-hole mode and can mechanically
traverse the girder segments in full amplitude to realize one-time proper
placement of girder segments.
Technical Features
The
double-girder structure ensures high carrying capacity of main girders and good
lateral stability and high safety of machine.
The
large-boom type through-hole mode realizes one-time orientation of front
outriggers and high through-hole efficiency.
The
through-hole is driven by rear outrigger tires and middle outrigger carrier
wheel to realize high reliability.
The front outriggers are telescoping in two stages during the operations of first and last spans, requiring no disassembling operation.
