Outrigger

4 outriggers, H-shaped arrangement, lateral and vertical outrigger controlled by the hydr-aulic control. Both sides of the chassis equip-ed with electronic control console, the console installed with luminous level, lighting and speed buttons; outrigger cylinders equipped with one-way valve, and the vertical outrigger has two-way hydraulic lock.

Hydraulic system

Variable pump driven by chassis engine, used fbr hoisting, elevating, telescoping and slew-ing operation. Imported electro-hydraulic direction valve, matching perfectly stably. Air-cooled hydraulic oil cooler, which may effect-tively reduce the temperature of oil in the sys-tem, suction filter and return filter.

Engine

OM460LA.E3B/3, in-line six-cylinder water- cooled EFI diesel engine, manufactured by Daimler, rated power 361. IkW /1800rpm, max. torque 2200Nm / 1200rpm, the national V emission standards.

Operating mode

The electric-proportional pilot control and PLC integrated intelligent control technology are adopted in the system. A control network between superstructure and carrier are formed through electric brush, Main movements of the crane may be realized smoothly and flexibly after combined with normal electric system.

Gearbox

Electric controlled transmission imported from ZF Germany, with automatic AT control, equipped with retarded brake, with 12 fbrw-ard gears and 2 reverse gears available

Suspension

Hydro-pneumatic suspension is adopted for all axles, providing good shock absorbing effect. Functions of automatic leveling, susp-ension lifting elastic/rigid state switch-over, etc. are available.

Jib

Lattice welding structure, A boom extension of 8 m, a jib connecting bracket, a rotating bracket, two jib sections, jib inserts of4 m and 8 m may be combined to extend the total boom length, with 0° , 20° and 40° jib offset angles available.

Hydraulic system

The pump group is connected to the PTO hole of the engine for controlling the movements of outriggers, steering, suspension and independent cooling for hydraulic system.

Boom system

Boom

7-section, U-shape cross section, welding str-ucture. Single-cylinder pinning interlocked telescoping system. One double-acting cylinder with safe valve assemblies used for control of the telescoping movement of all booms, various telescoping pattern are available. Boom length: 13.4m ~ 73m.

Boom Single top

Jib

boom single top is installed on the top of boom and used for lifting operation of single line wire rope.The lifting performance of boom single top is the same with boom, but max. load capacity cannot exceed 5000kg.

It is stowed beside the boom, consisted of a connecting bracket, a rotating bracket and two lattice bi-fold jibs with jib offset angle: 0°,15°,30 Jib length 9.2m/16m.
