The HNF-300 first unit of heavy duty 30 ton forklift with
Cummins engine in china. The transmission adopts the driving model combined by
mechanical and hydraulic, it is a new torque transfer method.
The engine output torque is distributed by mechanical and
hydraulic and shifted, torsional transferred, then inter-flow to output shaft.
The transmission controlled the transmission ratio by
controlling the ratio of mechanical and hydraulic flow, realizing the
continuously adjustable of the gear ratio.
Performance Characteristics:

adopted AT (hydraulic) transmission. It can save 25% fuel and reduce the same
percentage emission. And is also more energy-saving comparing with hydrostatic
transmission.
