(1) Asia’s Largest Specification Arch Frame High Pressure Roller Mill
The WGM-240150 high pressure roller mill, independently developed and manufactured by the company, was put into operation in a certain phosphorus-titanium iron mine in western Liaoning. It is currently the largest specification arch frame high pressure roller mill in Asia.

In 2023, the China Metallurgical Mining Enterprises Association organized an expert team to conduct a technical evaluation on this product and its short-flow crushing and grinding process. The evaluation result was: 'Internationally leading', and it is recommended to promote its application on a larger scale.



Heory of HPGR
The high-pressure roller mill (HPGR) is based on laminated crushing theory and is a representative equipment of mature modern crushing technology.
its core structure includes a pair of relatively rotating crushing rollers (moving roller and fixed roller). When materials enter the gap between the two rollers, the moving roller applies high pressure driven by the hydraulic system, making the materials form a dense particle bed. The materials undergo selective crushing under the combined action of compressive and shear stress.
