加工性能:

 切割:耐磨钢板可根据需要通过等离子、碳弧和磨料锯切割成各种形状。

 弯折:耐磨钢板可根据要求进行冷加工成型弯折和轧制。

钻孔:大孔可采用等离子切割，小孔可采用火花侵蚀钻孔机，装配螺栓的沉孔可采用等离子和碳弧切割。

焊接:基于基材优良的可焊性,耐磨钢板可以相互连接，也可以焊接在其他钢结构上。

 塞焊:可在耐磨钢板上进行等离子或碳弧刨孔，与其他钢结构的连接采用塞焊。

 螺栓固定:将螺栓用闪光焊或熔化焊的方法焊接在耐磨钢板的母材上，再与其他工件连接。或直接在耐磨钢板上钻孔，其他工件用螺栓连接。
