Instruction for use:

1. Open the package and take out the mask,  the light colored inward, dark colored outward, nose clips are upward

2. Wear the mask belt on the ears on both side and adjust the nose clips so that the upper end of the mask has good adhension with the nose and face

3. Discard after use and change new mask every 4 hours
