EBZ230悬臂式掘进机由切割机构、铲板总成、第一运输机、本体总成、行走机构、后支承、操纵台、液压系统、除尘喷雾系统、电气系统、润滑系统、护板、标识与涂装构成。整机配置高，安全可靠。配置的切割电机和油泵电机均为适于矿井使用的隔爆型三相异步电动机。采用自动集中润滑，提高机器使用寿命。配备英格索兰气动加油机，加油方便且保证液压油不受污染。配置可调式减震座椅，坐靠舒适耐用。
