International Pipeline Expo: XCMG Unveils Full-Scene Integrated Solutions!

The 14th China (Langfang) International Pipeline Expo opened on April 22. XCMG showcased eight flagship base machines and three innovative work tools at the event, officially launching its "Full-Scene Integrated Solution" tailored for underground utility tunnel construction.

This independently developed integrated solution for utility tunnel construction covers multiple scenarios, including resource drilling, mining and tunneling, trenchless operations, and concrete construction. It is designed to tackle common industry challenges such as low equipment coordination efficiency, bottlenecks between work stages, and high safety risks in complex environments.

In mountainous pipeline projects, earthmoving and trench excavation are often constrained by challenging terrain. The XE380GK mountain excavator supports unmanned autonomous climbing and remote control on slopes with gradients up to 35 degrees. Meanwhile, the XE650GK HEV hybrid excavator achieves over 15% in overall energy savings, effectively striking a balance between power performance and energy consumption.

Through a flexible "1+N" configuration, attachments like vacuum suction cups, rotating screening buckets, and ROBI screening buckets can be rapidly combined with a base machine. This setup allows for quick adaptation to diverse tasks—from material grabbing and sand/gravel screening to waste removal—enabling a single base machine to meet a wide spectrum of construction needs.
