2024-09-03 09:26

Recently, a major batch delivery of green and intelligent products, including four XCMG XC975-EV pure electric remote-controlled loaders and three XCMG XE215GA remote-controlled excavators, was made to a mining group in Southwest China.

At the delivery ceremony, the project leader of the customer stated, "To achieve harmony between enterprise development, society, and the environment, it is essential that our equipment upgrades incorporate intelligent manufacturing concepts and technologies. The goal is to enhance production automation and intelligence, optimizing and improving production efficiency. This aligns perfectly with XCMG’s mature green and intelligent products."

Building a modernized mine and upgrading equipment not only need to meet the stringent requirements for capacity enhancement but also must focus on energy conservation, emissions reduction, and environmental protection. The customer has also proactively demanded intelligent solutions. Meanwhile, the large-scale application of XCMG's intelligent earthmoving equipment in the mining industry will set a successful model for high-quality development in related industries, injecting new momentum into the regional market.

The XCMG earthmoving equipment delivered in this batch will mainly be used for the processing and handling of metallurgical slag from metal smelting. Copper smelting plants have long faced the challenges of high temperatures, heavy dust, and severe pollution, requiring high reliability in production equipment.

The XCMG XC975-EV pure electric remote-controlled loader combines XCMG's core "three-motor gearbox-free" technology with large-tonnage capabilities, delivering zero emissions, energy efficiency, and high performance. With a 7-ton load capacity, a maximum breakout force of 195kN, and excellent steering and climbing abilities, it maximizes operational efficiency.

The XCMG XE215GA remote-controlled hydraulic excavator is equipped with a six-cylinder customized high-power engine, offering strong performance under heavy loads and a 5% reduction in fuel consumption. Weighing 22.5 tons, it easily handles the high-density materials in metal smelting operations, ensuring stability and reliability.

These two remote-controlled intelligent products from XCMG, delivered this time, utilize a 5G low-latency dedicated network to transmit video footage and operational data in real-time. Operators can achieve precise control remotely from an indoor cabin. The optional multi-layer collision avoidance safety system alerts the operator when encountering obstacles and automatically takes proactive safety measures, making on-site construction operations safer.
