Recently, XCMG delivered a batch of complete sets of port machinery equipment to the Indonesian market. The partner in this collaboration is a leading Indonesian shipping and container logistics company. After a comprehensive evaluation of XCMG's product performance, manufacturing processes, and full-service system, a bulk procurement order was placed.

This order includes 45-ton-class fuel-fired reach stackers, electric reach stackers, fuel-fired stackers, and electric stackers, constructing a dual-dimensional complete operation system of "loading and unloading + stacking" and "fuel + new energy," fully covering the core operational aspects of container ports.

Part 01: Full Coverage of Port Operation Scenarios New energy equipment is a highlight of this delivery.

➢ The XCS4531E electric reach stacker and XCH908E electric stacker are equipped with large-capacity lithium iron phosphate batteries and a water-cooling system, making them suitable for Indonesia's high-temperature, high-humidity, and salt-spray environment. They adopt a distributed three-motor drive, reducing fast charging time by 25% compared to conventional solutions.

Both electric equipment models can be equipped with intelligent identification and remote management systems to support the digital upgrade of port operations. The fuel-fired models utilize mature powertrains to handle high-intensity continuous operations, forming a complementary and synergistic equipment matrix with the electric products.

Part 02. Full Lifecycle Service for Smooth Operations

Leveraging its established localized operational network in Indonesia, XCMG provides comprehensive lifecycle services to its local customers.

➢ XCMG assigns dedicated business personnel and product managers to establish a one-on-one, full-cycle support mechanism. Product managers are proactively integrated into the daily operations of the customer's port, conducting targeted practical training.

➢ During the equipment arrival phase, site adaptation and commissioning optimization are completed simultaneously. During the stable operation phase, maintenance plans are customized around work schedules to precisely match efficient operational rhythms.

From single-point product delivery to in-depth development of complete solutions, from fuel-powered output to zero-carbon replacement of electric equipment, XCMG Port Machinery's batch delivery in the Indonesian market is a solid testament to the company's commitment to long-termism and its shared value with local customers.
